Want to learn how to play the ukulele? Join librarian Ben every other Tuesday to work on chords, exercises, and songs all geared toward beginners. If you are brand new to the instrument consider arriving early for help with tuning your uke.

Meet Diane Wilson, author of the 2026 Dubuque County Reads book selection, "The Seed Keeper," on Tuesday, March 24 at 6:30 p.m. This free event will be held at Steeple Square and is open to the public.

Join us as we welcome a Dubuque County Conservation naturalist to tell us all about turtles. Our guests will include a box turtle, a painted turtle and a map turtle. 

Library board meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month (except for November and December) at 4 p.m. in the Lacy Board Room, located on the third floor of the library.

Meet other Pokémon trainers at Pokémon Club! Trading Card Game, Nintendo Switch, and Pokémon Go gamers are all welcome. Parents are also welcome to attend.
