The PPODS of Dubuque are local and regional artists who meet and paint in outdoor locations. ART @ YOUR LIBRARY® The Library is celebrating Art @ your library® by featuring unique local exhibits. The first Friday of every other month there is an art show opening that features two dimensional and three dimensional artists for a display in the historic rotunda area. The art is on display for up to two months. This free exhibit is open to the pubic during Library hours.
