Say goodbye to your stress in this fun and hands-on class with instructor Eryka Cook of Empowermental! Learn how to use physical movement to reduce your stress and find your calm. Eryka has decades of experience and a black belt in Karate and she wants you to feel empowered!
In this 25-minute class, Eryka will guide participants ages 18+ through a variety of de-stress techniques that you can continue using to manage your stress. Are you carrying something particularly stressful? Write it out on a piece of paper and punch it away! Participants of all ability levels are welcome to join in this fun and judgement free event.
Space for this event is limited and registration is required. Three sessions are available at 9:30 a.m., 10:15 a.m., and 11 a.m. This event is for adults ages 18+.
