Learn how to reduce your household waste and improve your recycling knowledge! Carnegie-Stout Public Library is partnering with the Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency to provide you with answers to your tricky recycling questions. DMASWA Education and Communication Coordinator Bev Wagner will share advice on how best to deal with things like batteries, compost, and other household waste.
