The public may view a collection of quilts made by the Breezy Ridge Quilters, one of the Northeastern Iowa chapters of the Quilts of Valor® Foundation in the third-floor rotunda from Oct. 24 – Nov. 2 during regular library hours.

The Northeastern Iowa chapter of the Quilts of Valor® Foundation (Breezy Ridge Quilters) invites the public to a quilt presentation ceremony at the Carnegie-Stout Public Library on Sunday, Nov. 5, at 2 p.m. This year marks the first time that all honorees are women veterans or service members that have been touched by war.
