Stop by the library to meet some adoptable animals from the Dubuque Regional Humane Society and enjoy hands-on activities for the whole family. This event is free and open to the public; please consider donating an item or two to the Dubuque Regional Humane Society to support animals in need. (Visit dbqhumane.org/donate for ideas.)
