Join Carnegie-Stout Public Library and the Dubuque Metropolitan Area Solid Waste Agency for a Neighborhood Cleanup on Saturday, September 24.

Meet in the first floor program room of Carnegie-Stout Public Library at 9:00 a.m. to meet your neighbors and to get an introduction to the cleanup process. Light refreshments will be provided. Registration is required and all ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The neighborhood cleanup will last until 11:00 a.m.
