Music @ your library: Soultru

Carnegie-Stout Public Library welcomes Soultru for the November Music @ your library concert.

Soultru is the stage name of Davenport, IA artist Terrance Banks. Banks has been surrounded by music his entire life, with a family who played in the church and performing in church and choir himself as a youth. Later he found a love of poetry and combined the two passions. Soultru belts out soulful melodies over his acoustic guitar and writes songs influenced by hip-hop, pop and more.

Music @ your library® is a First Fridays concert series that features local and regional musicians. This event will take place in the third floor Auditorium. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults 21+ are welcome to bring their own wine or beer.
