Bring your questions to this participant-lead 90-minute class.

Get a confidence boost and improve your self-defense skills at this hands-on class with instructor Eryka Cook of Empowermental. Eryka has decades of experience and a black belt in Karate and she wants you to feel empowered!

Eryka will guide participants ages 17+ through a mix of basic and advanced moves. Participants of all ability levels are welcome to join in this fun and judgment free event. Do you have questions about what you should do in a particular situation? Eryka is happy to answer your questions!
