Let's Talk Books: "An American Marriage" by Tayari Jones

Join the Let's Talk Books adult book club to discuss An American Marriage by Tayari Jones on Tuesday, September 14 at 6 p.m.

An emotionally complex novel about the marriage of Celestial and Roy, a middle class Black couple whose relationship is tested by the unexpected when Roy is arrested for a crime he did not commit. Jones' fourth novel was an Oprah Book Club selection and the recipient of multiple awards including the 2019 Women's Prize for Fiction.

Copies of the book are available to borrow at the first floor check out desk.
