Are you interested in going on an adventure? Join volunteer and friend of the library, Julie Clingman, for a deep dive into a fascinating topic each month.

September 13 - A Taste of Chocolate - Learn how cocoa beans are grown and processed into chocolate. We will taste different types from baking chocolate to Hugs and Kisses. (Ages 7-10).

October 18 - Helen Keller Experience – Find out how blindness varies from person to person, learn about Helen Keller, and navigate an obstacle course wearing sleep shades. (Ages 7-10).

November 15 - Koko the Gorilla - We will learn about the life of Koko, the gorilla who became famous for learning sign language. (Ages 7-10).

December 13 - If You Lived in Viking Times - Learn about Viking culture and make “Viking” bread. (Ages 8-10).
