Dave Markward has dedicated his professional life to public education and is a graduate of Dubuque Senior High School and Augustana College (Illinois). He holds two advanced degrees from Western Illinois University and a doctorate from Illinois State University. Copies of “From Dubuque to Selma & Beyond” will be available for purchase at the event.
