Event Details

Ages 13 to 17. Do you think you have what it takes to make the best cupcakes in Dubuque? Put your skills to the test in the Cupcake Wars! Materials provided. Registration is required.

PLEASE NOTE: All programs are subject to change and/or cancellation based on Covid-19 recommendations.
