Want to convince your parents to let you stay up later, have a slumber party, or get a raise in your allowance? Come to Carnegie-Stout to work with local middle-grade novel author Christa Palm. She’ll help you write a letter that will knock the socks off your parents and maybe get you that yes to what you want. Healthy, yummy snacks included sponsored by The Masterpiece Literary Center of Dubuque.
