Spice up your life with the C-SPL Spice Club!  This July meet other spice lovers at an in-person event where the Herb Society of Dubuque will introduce you to this month's herb: basil. You'll learn a little about the history, cultivation, and culinary uses of basil. And yes! There will be opportunities to taste some basil creations. Get to know your fellow Spice Club explorers at this fun in-person event.
