Art @ your library® Show Opens today with a Reception for the Artists in the second floor rotunda from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. featuring artists SKim Daykin, Rose Ann Derks, Donna Gibson, JoAnn Hackbarth, Ellen Henkels, Alda Kaufman, Sharon Krapfl, Sue Lemon, and Rita Persian. The Arboretum Artists create in a variety of mediums including water colors, acrylics, mixed media, and more. We invite you to enjoy this show for its celebration of color, local beauty, and exquisite talent.
Music provided by the Faculty of Northeast Iowa School of Music with light refreshments.
The Library is celebrating Art @ your library® by featuring unique local exhibits. The first Friday of every other month there is an art show opening that features two dimensional and three dimensional artists for a display in the historic rotunda area. The art is on display for up to two months. This free exhibit is open to the pubic during Library hours.
