Event Details

The public is invited to the Art @ your library® exhibit open Library hours featuring artists Brad Fautsch and Tom Kedzie.

Mixed media artist Brad Fautsch features his series of works rising from the pandemic period.  Fautsch shares his artworks of visual vocabulary inspired by the natural and artificial world and the darkness of “the monolith”.  Fautsch’s drawings reveal a changing reality in which fragments of consciousness remain to speak to the viewer through layers of forgotten time.

Photographer Tom Kedzie calls himself a photo hobbyist.  His photographs are unique as he randomly experiments with them doing a number of variations, adjustments and backtracking as he completes each photograph.  Being a picture framer earlier in his life Kedzie incorporates digital matting and framing around his photographs giving it a unified visual impact. He enjoys sharing photos that deal with the forgotten people and places.

Purchase a unique artwork while supporting local artists and the Art @ your library® program.

The free exhibit is open to the public during Library hours through July 24, 2023. The first Friday of every other month there is an art show opening that features two dimensional and three dimensional local artists for a display in the historic rotunda area.
