In this 90-minute class she will guide participants ages 18+ through advanced moves and techniques, and she will provide modifications to suit your needs and abilities. Participants of all ability levels who have previously attended one of Eryka's self-defense classes at either Carnegie-Stout or the Empowermental studio are welcome to join in this fun and judgment free event.
Space for this event is limited and registration is required. You must speak with a librarian at the second floor Reference desk in person or by phone at 563-589-4225 to register. This event is for adults ages 18+.
