This Advanced session of Self Defense for People with Mobility Issues is meant for people who have already attended an Introductory session of Self Defense with instructor Eryka Cook of Empowermental.

Library board meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each month (except for November and December) at 4 p.m. in the Lacy Board Room, located on the third floor of the library.
