 rmental. Eryka has decades of experience and a black belt in Karate and sh
 e wants you to feel empowered! Bring your questions and concerns and Eryka
  will provide advice on how you can feel safe and confident at this fun an
 d judgment-free event.Adults of all ability levels are invited to join in 
 on this participant-lead introduction to self-defense. In this 90-minute c
 lass, Eryka will guide participants ages 18+ through a mix of basic and ad
 vanced moves. She's also happy to demonstrate modifications  to bett
 er suit your needs and abilities.Space for this event is limited and regis
